In Vitro Eugenics

An article by Dr. Robert  Sparrow in The Journal of Medical Ethics informs us that in the not too distant future it may be possible to do selective breeding of human beings in the lab before they are ever born. Multiple generations could be created in the test tube in order to create genetically enhanced humans that would have the characteristics desired by the parents.
