Wow, just wow.
As you may have heard, at the Democrat convention there has been a major kerfluffle going on regarding the platform. The hard leftists in the party took out language relating to God and the question of what is the correct capital of Israel. Word came down from on high that this was not going down well with the plebs in fly-over country and so the leadership pushed a rule change through and changed the language to put those things back into the platform.
But as this video shows, they had to go against the wishes of their own delegates to do so. And it was comically obvious to everyone that they just ignored their own voting process to get that language back in. Note the confusion that is evident in this video when the vote doesn’t go the way it was planned. After three voice votes, the leadership just goes ahead and deems the platform changed. But the natives are restless at the DNC and everyone in the country gets to see the real Democrat party unmasked. Any way you look at this, it is a disaster for the Democrats. Americans are going to see this and ask themselves whether they want a party such as this in charge of anything important. This is not the kind of image that the Democrats wanted to put forward, but the reality is becoming more and more difficult to cover up.
