Here is an interesting short video that shows how an intelligence agency can operate with just a few official individuals by leveraging people off the books who are sympathetic in order to get things done. Those who are working against the US undoubtedly are willing to use this sort of methodology when it is available. The intro is lame so just skip to 0:15 on the timer.
And on a related note, The Rockefeller Foundation published a very interesting white paper a few years back that somehow sounds very familiar to us today. But don’t worry, it’s just another coincidence.
